Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar is an active social media user and loves to update his fans on his whereabouts. The legendary cricketer often uses social media to share photos of his personal life and the curious fans are busy figuring out what he’s up to.

The Indian battle legend often shares posts on his Twitter and Instagram handle, ranging from snippets of his personal life, childhood memories or talking about social issues to sharing positive messages.

On Monday, the Masterblaster shared a photo of himself standing on the footboard of (Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport) BEST bus, common on the streets of Mumbai, recalling his childhood memories. The former cricketer took his official Twitter handle and posted a photo wearing a blue shirt and jeans with the caption ‘Rewind to Childhood’.

The photo was well received by the netizens on the microblogging site and one of the users wrote: “Dear and master”. While another user commented ‘Sachin aal re’, another reminded people of the recent increase in fuel prices, writing: “Due to the increase in gasoline price, our sachin uses the bus.”

Within an hour of the photo being posted, the tweet garnered more than 7,220 likes and the number is only growing. The stock has also prompted people to post various comments.

Recently Tendulkar shared the heroic act of BEST bus worker Kishore Vasant Dane who used his presence of mind to save the life of a five year old boy. The boy had seizures and it was then that the driver immediately took him to the hospital so that he could get medical help in time.

He shared the incident, writing, “The best thing you’ll see on the internet today.”
